VENUE
The Hilton Prague Hotel is the conference venue. The hotel is situated close to the city center
and overlooks the River Vltava.

The Conference will be conducted in English.

*Student identification must be submitted together with the registration form.
Fee for participants and students includes: Conference kit, program and abstract book, participation in all scientific sessions, coffee at breaks, Get-Together reception and Gala Dinner.
All participants must submit a registration form.
Accompanying persons can purchase get-together and gala dinner tickets on site from the Hospitality Desk.
PAYMENT
Payment for registration fees must be paid directly to the Secretariat and can be made by check, bank transfer* or credit card. Kindly refer to the registration form for details. Please ensure that registration forms are submitted together with payment (one per participant) and that details stated are clear and legible.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:
- Received until July 1, 2008- full refund less 50 handling fee
- Received after July 1, 2008 and before August 1, 2008 - 50% refund
- Received from August 1, 2008 - no refund
LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request, the Conference Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the Conference. It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee.
VISAS
We suggest you confirm with your travel agent whether you will require a visa to the Czech Republic.
CLIMATE AND CLOTHING
The weather in Prague is August is warm and pleasant with an average high of 22.8oC and lows of 11.7oC. August is also a rainy month, so we advise bringing an umbrella and light jacket.
TRANSPORTATION FROM PRAGUE RUZYNE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO CONFERENCE VENUE
Taxis from the airport to the hotel are approx. 30. Before entering the car check the price with the driver.
ABOUT PRAGUE

Crossing the picturesque Charles Bridge, one can reach the oldest and largest castle still standing, Prague Castle, whose history stretches back to the 9th Century. Other sites such as the Jewish Quarter, the new Town and Wenceslas Square are a must when visiting Prague. There are hundreds of concert halls, galleries, cinemas and music clubs in the city, with festivals and events taking place all year round
